Some software, settings, account and configuration problems can be resolved without bringing the computer to the store. Panhandle PC offers remote computer support for eligible issues when the computer is running and has a working internet connection.
Remote support is not a substitute for hardware repair. If the computer will not start, has a failed component or needs a physical part replaced, in-store or on-site service will usually be the better option.
